How did you get into rapping?
“I got into rapping just from being around so many diehard hip-hop heads, like my pops, my uncle, and my older sister. It was rappers like Ice Cube, Wu-Tang Clan and Houston artists that really made me feel like I could have a place in the rap industry.”
What’s the greatest part about what you do?
“The greatest part about doing what I do is having people in awe because of my music. I treat hip-hop like it’s a sport.
I really feed off of people letting me know how dope my music is or by them saying that I’m that n*gga! I put a lot of thought into what I write. It’s not just some bullshit, so those kind of comments are what I enjoy the most. That’s my biggest reward when it comes to music.”
“My great uncle was one of the original and most famous Harlem Globetrotters. A true pioneer named Goose Tatum.”
